As with all lessons at Act One, Drum/Piano/Keyboard/Piano Lessons are conducted using our unique methodology where each lesson is completely personalised. Lessons are geared towards the student's learning style, musical tastes, goals and targets. Your progress will be constantly monitored by your tutor and Act One Music School and will be adjusted and tweaked along the way to tailor you with the most appropriate learning pattern and guarantee results!

Music Exams

As Act One is Saddleworth's only registered Trinity Rock and Pop exam venue, then you can choose to work toward one of the official exam grades and take the exam right here! Grade books are available from Act One for customers. Not everyone chooses grades though, so we will work with you generally to achieve your goals in whichever way you like. Lessons will include a certain amount of musical theory and note reading too but again this can be adjusted to suit.
